Meet Haylei

I became an LMT after embarking on my own healing journey. Like many people, I started by trying to heal my mind. Therapy helped me move forward, but my shoulders were still bracing for danger, like nothing had changed. That's when I realized the body had its own story to tell.

That insight led me to massage therapy. I wanted to understand how the body holds what the mind can't process, why tension shows up in the same places, and why some muscles won't let go no matter how much you stretch. I learned that the nervous system lives in the tissue, and I learned to work with it directly.

My approach blends therapeutic skill with grounded intuition. I specialize in treating chronic tension, stress relief, neck and back pain, headaches, and trauma-informed support. Clients tell me I find the places others miss, that I’m patient with the stubborn spots, and they finally feel safe enough to relax.

No matter what brings you in, I listen to your concerns and meet your body exactly where it is.

The term “psyche” comes from the Greek word for “soul” or “mind.” It represents your thoughts, emotions, intuition, and the deeper layers of who you are. When your psyche is supported, it fosters mental clarity, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of inner connection.

The word “soma” comes from the Greek word for “body.” It refers to your entire physical being — your muscles, tissues, organs, and nervous system. A healthy soma supports vitality, strength, and overall well-being.

Your body isn’t just a physical vessel — it carries memories, emotions, stress, love, grief, and everything in between. When the psyche and soma are out of balance, you often feel it as tension, overwhelm, or emotional heaviness.

I help bring these two parts of you back into harmony.

Healing isn’t just about easing pain — it’s about tending to the places inside us that have been carrying too much for too long

Your thoughts, emotions, and experiences all leave imprints on your physical body. When we create space for both your psyche and your soma to express, soften, and release, deep healing becomes possible.

My philosophy is simple:
When the soul is acknowledged, the body follows.
When the body feels safe, the soul can breathe.
